3.8 The iPad is locked, what should I do?

If you no longer have the lock code for your iPad, you can send it back and we can unlock it.

If you have your own iPad and your own Apple ID, please contact Apple Support. 

Please note that we do not recommend setting your own lock code if you have received the iPad with the Smarthotel Business Package!
