The check-out request will appear on the iPad when the guest has triggered the Smart Check-out.
On the day of departure, all open check-out requests can be processed on the iPad at a convenient point in time during the day. Your hotel staff can deduct any outstanding amounts from the PMS from the guest's selected card and can view the guests billing address and email address in order to complete and send the invoice to the guest.
The guest receives a digital confirmation of the check-out and transaction to their inbox in addition to the invoice.
