If payment cannot be taken upon arrival, please check the following:
- The latest version of the Hotelier app is installed (update if necessary)
- The latest software update on the iPad is installed
- Log out once
- Close the app
- Restart the iPad once
- Open the app again and log in
- If necessary, delete the app and reinstall it
