Step 1: Check if you have the correct login information. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgotten password" function.
Step 2: Check you have the latest version of the conichi hotelier app installed, if not, please perform the upgrade.
Step 3: Close the app once and open it again by double-clicking on the Home button and moving the opened app upwards.
Step 4: Restart the iPad.
If an additional user is required but does not yet exist, log in to conichi Merchant Center as Admin. There you can create an additional user under the menu field "My users". If an incorrect email address has been stored by accident, you are able to amend the email address here.
