Please follow these steps:
- The iPad is connected to a power source
- The latest version of the Hotelier app is installed
- The latest software update is installed on the iPad
- Log out of the app once
- Close the app
- Restart the iPad
- Open the app and log in again
- If necessary, delete the app and reinstall it
