If you can not check in the guest for arriving guests, check the following:
- The latest version of the Hotelier app on the iPad is installed (update if necessary)
- The latest software update is installed on the iPad
- Log out of the conichi Hotelier app once
- Close the app
- Restart the iPad once
- Open the app again and log in again
- If necessary, delete the app and reinstall it
