3.5 I’ve recieved my iPad, how do I use the hotelier app?

If you have purchased the iPad, download the conichi Hotelier app from the Apple Store. 
The conichi Hotelier app is your virtual payment terminal and is a necessity. You also need a stable, if possible, guest-independent Wi-Fi connection to use the Hotelier app.
You will receive the access data for the conichi Hotelier App in the onboarding process from conichi.

If you are a sponsored property, the software will already be downloaded on the iPad. You will receive the access data for the conichi Hotelier App in the onboarding process from our Smarthotel Team.
