We update our software occasionally to ensure automatic and smooth guest recognition. Go to the settings and click on 'General', then go to 'Software Update'. Here you can see if the software is up to date, if an update is available, please run it. Simply close the iPad, attach it to a power source and perform the software update. This can take up to 30 minutes. We don’t recommend doing this during rush hour.
