On the day of departure, the guest has the option of adding and paying for his or her own additional costs. In this case, the guest no longer has to stop by the reception desk on departure.
You determine the additional services offered by your hotel, including prices, through your conichi Merchant Center (CMC). In order to make these changes, you need an admin account. Under the heading "My Hotels", click on your hotel name and on the "Check-out items" column.
Before an article can be created, a "category" must always be created!
Via "Add new categories" you can add the categories for individual items, such as "Beverages".
Via "Add new item" you can enter the individual items including prices (beer - 5.00 €) and add them to the corresponding category.
