As a Smarthotel, you are able to charge the guest credit card on arrival, during the stay and on departure. The option to charge the nightly rate at check-in or at check out is available. We recommend that the accommodation costs are charged upon arrival.
The payments made via the conichi Hotelier App should be listed in your PMS as "Mobile Payment". The payment method is to be created as a credit card (e.g. Mastercard or Visa), and not as a debitor.
