The completed registration forms will be emailed to the hotel at 18:00 the day prior to arrival, allowing enough time for your front office staff to easily transfer this data to your PMS.
Should a guest initiate a smart check-in after 18:00, the hotel will be sent the registration form on an adhoc basis.
At midnight on the day of arrival, all arriving guests will be shown in the conichi Hotelier App on the Ipad under "Arriving Guests".
